Request Final Inspection or Amendment of Permit

Final Inspection

If you are a property owner that has received an Occupancy and Use permit, a Shoreline Stabilization permit, Vegetation Removal permit or a Dredging permit from Appalachian Power Company, a condition of your permit is to notify Appalachian when work is complete. If a permit was issued to construct or modify a dock, you must have an approved building permit from Pulaski County. Final inspection for Shoreline Stabilization, Vegetation Removal Permits and Dredging permits can also be requested.

Amendment of Permit

Permits issued by Appalachian Power Company expire one (1) year after the issuance date. If your Occupancy and Use Permit, Shoreline Stabilization Permit, Vegetation Removal permit or Dredging permit is reaching its expiration date you can request a one (1) year extension.
